Episode starts with the three DILs in the kitchen. Sushila tells Moni to read out the recipe and they will collect ingredients. Moni starts reading out. But she keeps on thinking how to ruin the cake. She tears a page from the book without Sushila and Tejal’s knowledge and hides it. The next page of the book has the recipe of cheese risotto. She tells them that Shaswat wanted a bottle of water a long time back. But she forgot. So, she’ll go and give him water. She hands over the book to them and moves out of kitchen.

Sushila and Tejal read out the ingredients. But they are surprised to see yoghurt, rice, olive oil, cheese in the list of ingredients. But they think that if it is written in the book, it must be correct. So they mix up everything. Next step was to put the mixture in a pressure cooker and steam it for 40 minutes. They are shocked to see that cake is made in a pressure cooker. But they again think that when it is written in book, it must be correct. So, they put the mixture in a pressure cooker.

After 40 minutes, when they open the lid of the cooker, a foul smell fills up the kitchen. Sushila thinks that the cake is not baked properly, so it was smelling so bad. They see Sanyukta through the window and calls her to taste the cake. Foram comes down the stairs right then and asks if the cake has been made. Sushila and Tejal calls Foram to the kitchen too. Sanyukta was busy seeing something in her mobile. So Foram goes to the kitchen.

She panics seeing the so called “cake”. She asks why they made the bad smelling stuff. Sushila tells it was all written in the book. Foram checks the book and finds out that one page of the book was missing. So they made half cake and half risotto. Sanyukta meanwhile comes towards the kitchen. Foram runs out to stop her. She tells that the cake is a surprise for her and still the icing and decorating was left. So she literally pushes Sanyukta towards the other direction.

Back in the kitchen, Foram guides Sushila and Tejal to prepare the mixture for cake properly. When the mixture is almost done, a sms comes in Foram’s cellphone. She tells Sushila and Tejal to continue with the work, she’ll be back in 10 minutes. She moves out with her phone. Meanwhile Monikangna was coming back to the kitchen. Foram catches her midway and requests her to tell Sushila to pre-heat the oven. And she will do the icing and decoration after coming back. So the ingredients should be taken out.

Moni frowns thinking that the cake was already on its way to be made properly. She goes inside the kitchen and tells Sushila-Tejal to take out the things for icing and decoration. While
Tejal-Sushila gets busy in taking out the icing ingredients from the fridge, Moni goes and loosens the oven-wire from the socket. When Tejal puts the cake mixture in bowl and puts the switch on, the current goes off.

The whole MM is in darkness. Nikhilesh Binoy and everyone else shouts in the hall. They stumble and trip over one another. Shaswat comes to the hall. Sanyukta tells them to check if their house’s light went off or the whole locality was in darkness. Foram comes and tells that she checked through the window that the neighborhood was fully lighted. Sanyukta tells Nikhilesh to check the wiring. He tells that he is scared of electricity and like stuff. Binoy also tells he cannot go. Tejal tells she knows how to check the fuse. She wants to go and mend the fuse.

Shaswat tells that she needn’t go. He calls up the electrician. But the electrician tells that he was out of town. Tejal requests Sanyukta to let her go and check the fuse board. Sanyukta agrees half heartedly. She sends Sushila and Aniket along with Tejal. Monikangna follows them too.

When Tejal opens the circuit board, she finds that short circuit occurred. So she mends the fuse while explaining the procedure to Sushila. Moni listens everything standing behind and frowns. She thinks that her plan is backfiring on her as Tejal is proving herself to be the “hero” of the house. She thinks of a plan and pulls out her own ear-rings.

Tejal finishes pinning up the last screw and puts on the main switch. Light comes back. Sushila is very happy and praises Tejal. Monikangna is super-angry. But she smiles devilishly. Aniket Tejal and Sushila are about to move out of the switch-room when Moni tells them to move ahead. Her ear-ring was lost somewhere. She will find it and then join them. Tejal tells that they will find it for her. She tells Aniket to go out and she’ll come later. Moni smirks. All the three start looking throughout the floor. Moni creeps towards the fuse circuit board. She tries to pull out a wire. Episode ends.

Precap: The chandelier lighting in the main hall sparks. Tejal is standing in the balcony. She wonders why the light is flickering and thinks that may be the wiring got loose again. She notices Sanyukta moving towards her room. She calls Sanyukta not to enter the room. But Sanyukta couldn’t hear her and moves inside the room. A shout comes. Tejal runs towards the room.
